He was predeceased by : his parents, James M. Mullen and Dorothy Adair Mullen; and his sister Barbara Adair. He is survived by : his wife Bianca M. DeYoung; his children, April Mullen of Georgia, Stephanie Anderson (Brett) of Franklin, John Mullen (Emily) of Philipsburg, Lindsey McFate (Sam) of Oil City, Andrea DeYoung of Stoneboro and James Mullen of Stoneboro; his grandchildren, Paige, Lohgan, Brody, Everett, Reagan, Anna and Olivia; his former life partner Merri Williams (Willy) of Cooperstown; and his siblings, Robert Adair, Susan Santa, Margaret Mullen Cook and James Mullen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
