He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Armstrong and Helen Armstrong (Kilgore). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Armstrong, Brenda Bonanno of Fredonia, Vicki Manners of New Bethlehem, PA, Mary Campbell of Dallas, TX and Bertha Wisensee.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM and at 1:30 PM at the Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory - Stoneboro (99 Franklin St, Stoneboro, PA 16153).
