She is survived by: her children, Dustin F. Opitz and Tanya Stephan; her grandchildren, Justice R. Opitz, Jayda R. Opitz, Alana M. Fry and Jon M. Stephan; her brother Kenneth D. "Butch" Smith; her uncle James Porter; Eric Stephan. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law.
