He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Kish, Barbara Ricks and Kathy Haag; and his children, Michel P. Kish (Tanya) of Virginia, Dan H. Kish (Cindie) of New York, Susan Kornhaus (Jerry) of Florida and Steven C. Kish (Jill) of Meadville. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
