She is survived by: her mother Sally Smith (Walker); her children, Ollie, Mystique Baker (Caiden Hosmer), Xander, Ryker and Genesis Maxson; her grandson Rowen Hosmer; her siblings, Benjamin Smith (Melissa), Terry Smith and Karrie Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Logan, Alex, Bentley Smith, Alexis and Peyton Smith.
