He is survived by: his daughters, Kayla Ruslavage and Rachel Ruslavage; his siblings, Mickey Ruslavage, Suzanne Ruslavage, Rob Ruslavage (Michelle) and Amy Ruslavage; Valerie Ruslavage (Muccino). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
