She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Henry Santmyer, Jr.; her son-in-law Stephen Robert Zak; and her siblings, Edward John Jenkins and Bernice Ursula McCarthy. She is survived by: her children, Mary Catherine Zak and Daniel Edward Santmyer (Mickey) of Jefferson Hills, PA; her granddaughter Colleen Hess (Christopher) of Chartiers Township, PA; her daughters, Amanda Santmyer of Pittsburgh and Sara McElhinny (Joseph) of Jefferson Hills; and her great grandchildren, Veronica, Stephen, Cecilia, Christopher Hess, Conor and Nolan McElhinny. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews.
