She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Havlan Bell and Kathryn R. O'Donnell; and her sister Ruth Ann Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy L. Shaw (Brian); her brother William James A. Bell of Napa, California; and her granddaughter Samantha Shaw.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
