She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Harlan Bell and Kathryn R. O'Donnell; and her sister Ruth Ann Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy L. Shaw (Brian); her brother William James A. Bell of Napa, California; and her granddaughter Samantha Shaw.
