He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Gregory Halter; his parents, Richard Halter and Joan Halter; his siblings, Cynthia Mentzer (Curt Mentzer), Timothy Halter (Val) and Mary Beth Rohrer (Douglas Rohrer); his siblings' children, Daniel Halter, Chelsea Wilkey (Mentzer), Taylor Halter, Olivia Rohrer, Kate Rohrer and Angie Bowers; his granddaughter Marilyn Bowers; and his grandfathers, Roach, Ozzy and Tom Petty.
