He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruffin Wade and Nina Veigh Wall Talley; and his sister Barbara Veigh Talley. He is survived by: his wife Donna.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Citty Funeral Home, Inc. (308 Lindsey St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the South Park (1863 S Park Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320).
