He is survived by: his parents, Carl Cyphers and Lanette Cyphers; his children, Joshua, Zachary, Timothy (Gabrielle) and Hope; the mother of his children Kathleen Cyphers; his brother Kevin; and his sister-in-law Aline Cyphers. He is also survived by family; and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Reeders Church (2167 PA-715, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
