He was predeceased by: his wife Lenore Anne (D'Agostino); his parents, Michael Achiron and Thelma Achiron (Greenfield); and his sister Sandra Richman. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Achiron (Meghan) of East Stroudsburg, David Achiron (Katie) of Long Pond and Edward Achiron of Pocono Summit; his grandchildren, Jordan Neri of Pittsburgh, Cheyenne Moyer of Long Pond, Travis Achiron of Long Pond, Savannah Achiron of Long Pond and Scarlett Achiron of East Stroudsburg; and his siblings, Henry Achiron (Jo) of Fairfield, CT and Fran Ellers (Jimmy) of Staten Island, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the American Heart Association.
