He is survived by: his parents, Guy A. Garofano and Linda Garofano (McLean) of Stroudsburg, PA.; his wife Samantha (Speziale); his son Remy Garofano; his brother Daniel J. Garofano (Lauren) of Mountainhome, PA; his grandfathers, Andrew McLean of Reeders, PA and Harold Garofano of Lakewood, NJ; his sister-in-law Pamela Field (Shannon); his nieces, Emily, Anna Field and Abigail Garofano; and his nephew Silas.

Memorial donations can be made to the funeral home in care of Remy, Andrew's son for a scholarship fund.
