He was predeceased by: his father Joseph C. Scotchlas. He is survived by: his mother Leona Perkowski Scotchlas; and his siblings, Joseph (Jennifer), Thomas, Susan Gallagher, Stroudsburg, Joanne Scotchlas, Eugene (Diane) and Michael. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a large extended family.
