He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine "Jack" Smith and Cora Smith (Hineline). He is survived by: his brother Andy "AJ" Smith (Debra) of Wooddale; and his nephew Thadius J. Smith (Ashley).
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to AWSOM (Animal Welfare Society of Monroe) or to the Analomink United Methodist Church.
