She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Gearhart; her parents, Woodrow Heller and Gladys Heller (Fehr); and her siblings, Robert Heller and Shirley Knowles.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Gearhart of Neola, Traci Gearhart of Jonas and Leonard Gearhart (Denyse) of Neola; her grandchildren, Dylan Gearhart, Travis Gearhart, Wyatt Gearhart and Tiarra Gearhart; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Locklan; and her pets, Red and Blue. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In holding with Dorothy's love of animals, her family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances be made to Camp Papillon Animal Shelter, 128 Brainerd Lane, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
