Dorothy Coman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Coman of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Coman, Sr.; her parents, Frederic Shimanski and Hazel Shimanski; her children, Gerald Coman, Debbie Micheletti and Timothy Gallagher; and her children-in-law, Fred Heightman and Elaine Coman.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta Weaver (Warren), James Gallagher (Robin), Frank Coman, Jr., Charlie Coman, Emma St-Cyr (Barry), Linda Gallagher and Donna Heightman. She is also survived by grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Laurel Grove Cemetery (295 Towanda Road, Townada, NJ 07512).
Memorial donations can be made in Dorothy's name to the Monroe County Hospice House.
