With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas E. Pugh of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pugh and Frances Pugh (Tilby); his brother Bob Pugh; his sister-in-law Lois Pugh; and his daughter Roxanne Pugh.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Sweeney); his daughter Regina Baxter; his grandsons, Brendan and Luke Baxter; and his siblings-in-law, Jack, Bert, Paul Sweeney, Noreen Sweeney, Anne Sweeney O'Donnell, Mary Turley, Joan Sweeney, Kathy Warner and Susan Henning. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Doug's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
