She was predeceased by: her husband Paul S. Warnick; her parents, Wilson Smith and Bertha Smith (Everitt); her children, Paul S. Warnick II and Diane Forney; her grandson Thomas Best; Alberta Thomas, Beatrice Besecker, Warren Smith, Oakey Smith, Emma Butz, Arlene Burger, Ethel Hartshorn and Homer Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan K. Williams (Scott); her grandchildren, Jessica Forney-Kline, Patrick Forney, Ashley Warnick, Reid Williams and Paul Warnick; and her great grandchildren, Cage Best, Raleigh Williams, Kendall Warnick, Ryan Forney and Ricky Kline.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either Mrs. Bush's Resident Association, 302 Kunkletown Road, Kunkletown PA 18058 or to Saint Lukes Hospice.
