He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Smith and Jane Smith (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Brockley-Smith; his children, Jenna and Jonathan Smith; and his siblings, Roy Smith and Janet Pennella.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery (239 Blue Ridge Rd, Saylorsburg, PA 18353).
