It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert David (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert David and Elsie David (Holzschuh). He is survived by : his children, Edward T. David (Sally) of Stroudsburg, Susan K. David (Gelinas) of Schnecksville, PA, Lynn C. Tusar (Leonard) of Smithville, TN, John P. David (Linda) of Stroudsburg and Mark B. David (Joseph Maiara) of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
