It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Halas of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Halas to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vlamis and Anna Vlamis; her siblings, Maria Fitas and Nick Vlamis; and her sister-in-law Irene Vlamis.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Halas; her children, Ana, Michael and Emilia; her grandson George (Maria); and her great grandchildren, Eirene, Kalliopi and Anastasia. She is also survived by her husband, surviving are two sons.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, of Stroudsburg, in Irene's name.
