She was predeceased by: her husband Nick Vlamis; and her parents, George Hartofilis and Theodora Hartofilis (Stratos). She is survived by: her sons, George Vlamis (Theresa) of Stroudsburg and Theodore Vlamis (Lori) of Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Nick G. Vlamis, Alexandra Margolis, Zoe Vlamis and Nick J. Vlamis; her great grandchildren, Naomi, Jonah, Noah, Delilah and Daphne; and her sisters, Mary Papantoniou (Steve) of Bayside, NY, Pauline Makrogianis and Helen Portoulas (Louie) of Stroudsburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church in Irene's name.
