He is survived by: his spouse Melida Sanchez; his children, Viviana Sanchez, Cecilia Rivera (Hiram Rivera, Jr.), Julio Sanchez, Jr. (Liangie) and Stefanie Sanchez (Deven Griffin); and his grandchildren, Jailene, Brianna, Lyanna, Hiram, Eva and Julius.
