With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lorraine Smith (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lorraine left this world on August 8, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband David W. Smith; her parents, Edward Lee and Elizabeth Frances Harrison (VanWhy); her brother-in-law Bob LaBar; her son Ronald Davis; and her siblings, Nina Musselman, Jane Weiskopf, Shirley Brink, Charles Harrison and Richard Harrison.
She is survived by: her son David A. Smith of Bethlehem; her grandchildren, Michelle, Justin, Cody, Ryan, William, April, Tiffany and Heather; her sisters, Mabel "May" LaBar (late Robert) of Cresco and Josephine Fish (late Ralph) of Cresco; and her close friends, Maryann and Harley Fish, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
During the COVID pandemic she moved in with her sister and brother-in-law, May and Bob LaBar where she resided until her passing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be make to St. Luke's Hospice of which the family extends a special thanks to Cettina, Shikina and staff for their wonderful care of Lorraine over the past few months.
