She is survived by: her children, Brian Slesinski, Diane Slesinski and Deborah Soltysiak (Douglas); her grandson Jay Slesinski; her stepgrandchildren, Jamie and Jesse; and her great grandchildren, Hanna, Alyssa, Aniston, Anthony and Tess Marie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
