He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. Henley and Monique Wollyung (Champion). He is survived by: his wife Connie (Smith); his siblings, Robbin Henley (JoAnna) of Mountainhome, Perry Henley (Debra) of Marshalls Creek, Linda Dyche (late Dean) of East Stroudsburg and Anita Einolf of Saylorsburg; his nephews, Scott Rovito (Danielle) and Todd Rovito (TeriLynn); and his sister-in-law Georgia Rovito (Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
