He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane Vaughn and Theodore Herman Allgair; and his brother Theodore Herman Allgair. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Wall; his children, Clint (Jennifer), Eric (Deborah), Kristen (Rick), Jayme (Gwen) and Jacob; his sister Linda Jane Molesky; and his grandchildren, Jerry Caporale, Josh Costa and Emily Allgair.
In life Paul made annual donations to local charities that funded meals for veterans, the VFW, and the Wounded Warriors Project. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in his name to an organization helping veterans.
