He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Reed and Geraldine "Jeri" Trevethon. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn (Fitzgerald); his sons, Matthew Reed (Melissa) of West Chester and Kyle Reed (Holly) of East Brunswick, NJ; his grandchildren, Jackson Reed, Carter Reed, Andrew Reed, Chase Reed and Parker Reed; and his siblings, Mike Reed (Debbie), Steve Reed (Penny), Lisa Wagner (Darrell) and Christy Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Zion United Church of Christ (14 N 8th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
