He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Mildred Bowes; and his former wife Patricia Bowes. He is survived by: his spouse Cindie Lyn (Bothner); his daughter Kim Sokirynsky (Alex) of Hopatcong, NJ; his granddaughter Emily Sokirynsky of Hopatcong, NJ; his stepchildren, Patrick Brammer of Stroudsburg, Steven Brammer of Stroudsburg and Lisa Bell (Chris) of East Stroudsburg; and his godchildren, Tammy Theresa Rose, Rosie DiPaolo, Frankie Izzo and Julian Gutierrez.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to Monroe County.
