He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Reichard; his grandchildren, Drew Simonovich, Bethany Wert, Brooke Skeldon, Carolyn Powell, Tyler Simonovich and Eric Wert; and his great grandchildren, Parker Skeldon, Cooper Skeldon and Ellis Powell.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. John'sEvangelical Lutheran Church (9 N 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Jeffrey Richard Wert and Robert Jeffrey Wert.
