He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed P. Fish and Audrey Lapping (Halterman); his stepbrother Thomas Lapping; and his mother-in-law Joan Ruger. He is survived by: his friend Steve; his wife Joy; his children, Heather Cramer (Chad) of Stroudsburg, David Fish (Jason Day) of Rockville, MD and Kimberly Peters (Jacob) of Conshohocken; his grandchildren, Reed and Louisa Peters of Conshohocken; his siblings, Judy Bush of Stroudsburg, Melvin Fish (Elinor) of Analomink and Rita VanWhy of Saylorsburg; his stepbrother Bill Lapping of North Carolina; his aunt Beverly Batchler of Analomink; and his pets, Nosy and Bella. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and loyal life long friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the American Cancer Society or Wooddale United Methodist Church.
