He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Rosario Jr. and Maria Munez (Velazquez); and his brothers, Javier Rosario and Marco Munez. He is survived by: his spouse Kim N. (Albert); his daughters, Cassandra N. Smelko (Joshua) of Stroudsburg, Caitlyn M. Rosario of Cresco, Chelsea J. Rosario of Stroudsburg and Carol K. O'Neil (Patrick) of Pittsburgh; his grandson Declan J. O'Neil; and his siblings, Michael Rosario of Oxnard, CA. and Estella Rosario of Oxnard, CA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, close family and friends.
