She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce R. Bird; her parents, Albert F. Getz and Mildred Getz (Bush); and her siblings, Albert Getz, Jr., Alberta Weiss, William Getz and Ida Mae Getz.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Frailey (Gary), Bruce A. Bird (Lynn), Donald P. Bird (Cindy), Debra DeFrank (Carl) and Scott R. Bird (Paula); her grandchildren, Kristen Frailey, Angela Rosenberg, Eric Bird, Jeffrey Bird, Patrick Bird, Danielle DeFrank Kowal, Andrew DeFrank, Allison Bird, Douglas Bird and Travis Bird; and her stepgranddaughter Tara Treon. She is also survived by eight great-grandchild; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
