The passing of Shirley M. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kemmerer and Violet Kemmerer (Hilliard); her husband Bartram Graffin; her son Troy David Shotwell; her grandson Christopher Vega; her siblings, Divine Stearns and Harold Kemmerer; and her nephew Joseph Muldoon.
She is survived by: her children, Heidi England (Graffin) of East Stroudsburg, William Graffin (Nicole) and Kimberly Shotwell of Lakeland, Florida; her stepsons, Bartram Graffin, Beau Graffin of Scottsdale and Brett Graffin of Live Oak, Florida.; her grandchildren, Miranda LaPierre, Myrissa Dillon, Krystle Bastante, Brandton Graffin, Benjamin Graffin, Corey England and Sara Graffin; and her great grandchildren, Cayson, Ashlynn, Aria, Asha, Liam, Aubrey and Aviana.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Cemetery.
