He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret (Phelan); his parents, Thomas P. Clark and Dorothy M. Clark (Snyder); his son Stephen "Sonny" M. Clark; and his brothers, Robert Clark, Gerald Clark, Lawrence Clark and Michael Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Clark (Theresa) of East Stroudsburg, Christopher Clark (Judy) of Marshalls Creek and Joseph Clark (Deborah) of Stroudsburg; and his grandchildren, Thomas Clark and Anna Marie Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
