He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Anita Boswell (Joseph Boswell), Bonita McConnell, Vincent McConnell II (Gysella Kuboyama) and Dale McConnell; his grandchildren, Patricia Shook, Von Glover II, Robert Whittaker (Skye Smith), Zachary Nordt, Vincent McConnell III and Emma McConnell; his great grandchildren, McKinley Ford and Mallory Whittaker; his sisters, Anna Lombardo and Antoinette Furman; his stepbrothers, Howard Transue and Dave Transue; Frank Scerbo IV (Stacy Scerbo), Jennifer Giambruno (late Nick Giambruno), Frank Scerbo V, Lisa Hollar and Nicholas Giambruno.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that Vince's memory be honored in a way that would have meant far more to him.
