We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2023, at the age of 95, Walter Roeckendorf (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Roeckendorf to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Hildegard Roeckendorf (Scharbow); his parents, Hinrich Roeckendorf and Margarethe Roeckendorf (Sievers); and his daughter Margrit. He is survived by : his daughter Kirsten Lee (Mahlon) of East Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Jason Norquist, Jessica Wary and Tyler Lee; and his great grandchildren, Allie, Jason Jr. Elise, Ethan Norquist, Margrit'Adeline and Gabriel Wary.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stroudsburg United Methodist Church 547 Main Street, Stroudsburg PA 18360.
