He was predeceased by: his spouse Barrie Fish (Smith); his parents, McClellean Fish and Charlette Fish (Bogart); and his sister Lillian Hill. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Lombardi (Joseph); his grandson Anthony Lombardi; and his siblings, Eva Transue, Nancy Halterman and Harvey Fish.
