Cook (Heather); his sister Eileen Multunas; his grandchildren, Miranda Jack, Brittany, Laura, Ryan, Kelly and Morgan Cook; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Brynlee Jack, Calani and Korbin Cherry; his granddaughter Allie Cook; and his siblings, Charles "Bud" Cook, Jack Cook, Alice Geisler, Jeanie Zappel and Florence "Sis" Toward.
