She was predeceased by: her parent Dean; her husband Robert Louis Smith; her grandson Cody Smith; her brother Kenneth; and her brother-in-law Howard Brush.
She is survived by: her sisters, Deanna Brush of Sheffield, PA and Linda Paul (Doug) of Warren, PA; her children, Thomas Smith of Sugar Grove, PA, Lisa Lookenhouse (Larry) of Sugar Grove, PA, Sandra Cataldo (Mark), Louis John Smith of Sugar Grove, PA, Julie Ecker (Steve) of Naples, FL and William Smith of Sugar Grove, PA.; and her pet Dolly. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
