She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Williams and Ruth Williams (Wilson); her husband Howard Rutsky; her granddaughter Cassandra Toplovich; and her brothers, Duane Williams and Dennis Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Jackson (David), Valerie Toplovich (Dan) and Bryan Rutsky (Rhoda); her grandchildren, Craig Jaquith, Aaron Jackson (Hannah Vile), Sabrina Toplovich-Maring (Josh), Emily Rutsky (Sam Krantweiss), Chelsey Toplovich (Ryan Culver), J. E. Unida, Kayl Unida and Abygail Rutsky; her great grandchild Juliet Maring; her siblings, Ron Williams (Cindy), Richard Williams (Pat), Diane Williams, Carl Williams (Darlene) and John Williams (Candy); and her brother-in-law Danny Rutsky (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
