She was predeceased by : her parents, Horton Frank and Agnes Frank (Richards); her husband Robert G. Anderson; and her brother Benjamin Baxley. She is survived by : her close friend Richard Hartley; her children, Dawn Williams (Bruce), Herbert Anderson (MeLissa), Tracy Shaffer (Matthew) and Bobbie-Jo Rafalski (Stephen); her siblings, James Frank, Michael Frank, Anthony Foust (Tammy), Connie Caudillo (Alfonzo), Ronnie Bolin and Wayne Foust; her grandchildren, Nicole Skrzypczak (Adam), Amber Fisher (Bryan), Shelby Spinks (Zach), Kelsey Anderson, Jesse Shaffer, Ellianna Shaffer and Izaac Chido; and her great grandchildren, Madison Cook, Philip Skrzypczak, George Fisher, Bryce, Brayden, Isabella Spinks and Anthony Cameron.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Scott M. Nelson Fd Tessa Ward Fd (314 N Main St, Youngsville, PA 16371). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
