John L. Schutt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John L. Schutt of Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy B. Schutt and Beatrice I. Schutt (Ruch); and his siblings, Donald Schutt, James Schutt, Helen Reynolds and Doris Bloss.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Carnahan Schutt; his children, Christopher Schutt (Jill) of Bettendorf, IA and Sharon Greenawalt (Darrell) of Franklin, PA; his grandchildren, Nathan Greenawalt, Megan LaFuria (Dan), Matthew Schutt (Briona), Aaron Greenawalt, Mallory Schutt, Allie Schutt, Noah Greenawalt (Breann) and Toby Greenawalt; his great grandchildren, Harrison LaFuria, Payton, Grayson, Kanon and Emberlynn Schutt; and his brothers, William Schutt (Lois) and Gordon Schutt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Lander Community Church memorial fund, VNA Hospice of Venango Co, or a charity of choice.
