He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron William and Marjorie Elizabeth Thomas Palmer; his former wife Nancy Grace Sprenger Palmer; his sister Phyllis; his brother-in-law Thomas Boyle Jr.; his brother Richard; his sisters-in-law, Mary Elizabeth Palmer and Betty Palmer; and his nephews, Thomas Boyle III, Kevin Palmer and Grant Russell.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Peggy Loomis; his family, Tammy, Bart Tewksbury of Laceyville, PA, Terry Cobb of Wyalusing, PA, Lynelle, Todd Goodwin of Wyalusing, PA, Karen and Jeff Ross of Wyalusing, PA; his brother Robert Palmer; his nieces and nephews, Debra Butler, Richard Boyle, Kelley Boyle, Tina Jo Arnold, Robin Frisbie, Timothy Palmer, Jerry Russell and Andrew Russell; and his close friend Bob Scales. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
