She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kistulentz and Maria Oberto; and her husband Joseph Brutosky. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Moran (Shaun); her grandchildren, Jacob and Lillian; her siblings, Albert "Butchie" Kistulentz (Jeanne) of Hazleton and Mary Ellen Wizda of McAdoo; her sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Podlaski, Denise Sterenchock and Elizabeth Brutosky; and her pet Pugsly. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations in Donna's name may be made to the ASPCA of the donor's choice.
