He was predeceased by : his parents, William A. Orr and Anna Orr (Boylan); his son Timothy Orr; and his siblings, Daniel Orr and Joan Coolican.

He is survived by : his wife Anna J. Catracchia; his children, Eileen Halesey (Paul), Michele Lincalis (Joseph), William P. Orr (Jacquelyn) of Savannah, GA and Anne Nemchick (Chris); his grandchildren, Brenna, Michaela Halesey, Dominic, Natalie Lincalis, Ashley West (Ryan), Joshua Orr (Kayla) and Logan Nemchick; his great grandchild Joel West; and his brothers, Lawrence Orr (Sandra) and Joseph Orr (Margaret). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint John Bosco RC Church (573 PA-93, Sugarloaf, PA 18249). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at the Cathedral Cemetery (1708 Oram St, Scranton, PA 18504).
