He is survived by: his mother Mary Bayus Milk; his spouse Erin Spratt; his stepfather James Milk; his daughters, Elisa Silbaugh, Brianna Frantz and Nicole Milk; his stepchildren, Fredrick Spratt, Spencer Shirey and Britian Litzinger (Kody); and his siblings, Robert Bayus (Melinda), Stephen, James Milk, Jr. (Christy) and Melissa Henderson. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren.
