He is survived by: his children, Jason Fields (Kari), Michael Fields, Jr. (Trisha) and Michelle Pontzer (Brian); his grandchildren, Austin, Brittany, Alexis, Evan, Matthew and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Timothy and Harper; and his siblings, Mark Fields (Tina), Jeanine Fields and Ann Constantine.
His family suggests memorial contributions be made in his memory to Gateway Humane Society, 1211 Airport Road, Falls Creek.
