She is survived by: her son Steven Breiner (Lorraine Wing) of Jim Thorpe; her grandsons, Josh Breiner of Summit Hill and Tristen Breiner of White Haven; her siblings, Carl Kopack (Joyce) of Mahoning Valley, Michael Kopack (Sandy) of Utica, NY and Carol; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Kaylee, Chase, Reagan, Nevin, Carson and Marshall.
